What does a good neighborhood mean to you?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 19, 2008:

One that has no doors, all are welcome to visit each others homes.  Where you neighbors aren't just your neighbors, they're family.  Everyone in the neighborhood contributes their skills, talents and expertise to make it the best possible place to live.  :-)
